href=\"https:\/\/www.pennlive.com\/life\/2025\/12\/this-pa-museum-expects-you-to-feel-uncomfortable-about-its-human-remains.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">this museum in Pennsylvania<\/a>, now\u2019s the time to show it a little love.<\/p>\n<p class=\"article__paragraph article__paragraph--left\" id=\"6AGRDRRJUZCHJBD5TWINI2QT3M\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.pennlive.com\/news\/2025\/12\/this-pa-museums-expects-you-to-be-uncomfortable-and-wants-you-to-explore-why-today-in-pa.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">The location<\/a> has just been nominated by USA Today as <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pennlive.com\/topic\/paranormal-pa\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"https:\/\/www.pennlive.com\/topic\/paranormal-pa\/\">one of the best <\/a>science museums <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pennlive.com\/nation-world\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">in the United States.<\/a><\/p>\n<p class=\"article__paragraph article__paragraph--left\" id=\"VYDRXI2NTZGPLFL5NHWFW6RVKQ\">According to a press release sent out on Monday, <a href=\"https:\/\/muttermuseum.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">the M\u00fctter Museum<\/a> in Philadelphia \u2014 which many of you might know for housing medical anomalies such as the megacolon to Soap Lady \u2014 is in the running to land this honor, courtesy of USA Today\u2019s 10Best vertical. <\/p>\n<p class=\"article__paragraph article__paragraph--left\" id=\"72O3B3BGAZADHLBCPW27JB2MXQ\"><a href=\"https:\/\/10best.usatoday.com\/awards\/best-science-museum\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">The USA Today 10Best page<\/a> lists 20 nominees total, all of which that were picked \u201cby an expert panel as the best across the country for offering engaging exhibits, hands-on and immersive experiences, and stellar programming.\u201d <\/p>\n<p class=\"article__paragraph article__paragraph--left\" id=\"VSBKUB2MKRD6ZMAI46WF2GURZA\">The M\u00fctter specifically, according to USA Today, \u201cis a must-see for anyone who finds the world of medicine (or the human body in general) endlessly fascinating.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"article__paragraph article__paragraph--left\" id=\"A2NMRCUOTNHGHIZVRFLS3E7ZAY\">\u201cWhile some areas can be a bit challenging for those of gentler sensibilities, this museum is worth exploring thanks to its vast collection of objects and specimens, largely from the 19th and early 20th centuries, including medical instruments and pharmaceuticals, memorabilia, and unbelievably well-preserved biological specimens ranging from limbs to organs.\u201d <\/p>\n<p class=\"article__paragraph article__paragraph--left\" id=\"K4BHCF7AMRBOLFL3JXK4EUKQVU\">\u201cWe are grateful to be nominated by USA Today as the top science museum alongside such other fantastic nominees,\u201d said museum leads Erin McLeary and Sara Ray via the release. \u201cThis recognition is a tribute to our incredible team and their hard work to ensure we create dynamic, engaging exhibitions, events, and education programs that resonate with our local community as well as national and international audiences.<\/p>\n<p class=\"article__paragraph article__paragraph--left\"
