The annual event takes place throughout Old Town Scottsdale from Saturday, Jan. 24, through Sunday, Feb. 1, offering a mix of family-friendly activities, cultural experiences, and signature community events.\n<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-144912\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/shutterstock_603373613.jpg\" alt=\"cowboy boots in front of a wood background.\" width=\"1000\" height=\"800\"  \/>\n<\/p>\n<p>Residents and visitors can enjoy hands-on workshops, historical programs, live entertainment, museum experiences, and one of Scottsdale\u2019s most beloved traditions, the Parada del Sol Historic Parade.<\/p>\n<p><a class=\"gofollow\" data-track=\"MjMxLDk3LDEsMTIw\" href=\"https:\/\/www.signalsaz.com\/subscribe\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/Screenshot-2025-11-26-at-9.10.02\u202fAM.jpg\" width=\"1000px\" height=\"400px\" loading=\"lazy\"\/><\/a><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>\u201cWestern Week is a meaningful way to celebrate the people, stories and traditions that helped shape Scottsdale,\u201d City Manager Greg Caton said. \u201cAs we celebrate Scottsdale\u2019s 75th anniversary in 2026, this tradition connects our past with the vibrant, welcoming community we are today and invites everyone to be part of that legacy.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>The week begins with interactive events such as a frybread-making workshop at the Scottsdale Waterfront, a Parks and Recreation Wild West Roundup for families at the Civic Center, and Scottsdale\u2019s Magical History Tour at the Civic Center Library. Throughout the week, Western Spirit: Scottsdale\u2019s Museum of the West will host classic Western films, biodramas, and free admission days in celebration of Western Week.\n<\/p>\n<p>Art lovers can explore Western-themed exhibitions during the Western Week Gold Palette ArtWalk in the Scottsdale Arts District, while history enthusiasts can experience the arrival of Pony Express riders delivering mail to Western Spirit, complete with live music, crafts, and community presentations.\n<\/p>\n<p>One of the week\u2019s largest events, the Arizona Indian Festival, returns to the Scottsdale Civic Center on Saturday and Sunday, Jan. 31 and Feb. 1. Hosted by the Arizona American Indian Tourism Association, the festival features representatives from all 22 Arizona tribes, along with traditional arts and crafts, cultural demonstrations, food, performances and the Indigenous Food Symposium.\n<\/p>\n<p>Western Week culminates with the 72nd Annual Scottsdale Parada del Sol Historic Parade and Trail\u2019s End Festival on Saturday, Jan. 31.
