A Saskatoon man charged with publicly inciting hatred is facing two new charges: wilfully promoting hatred and wilfully promoting antisemitism by condoning, denying or downplaying the Holocaust.<\/p>\n

Richard Robertson, the director of research with the Jewish human rights organization B’Nai Brith, said he hopes the new charges will serve as a deterrent and send a clear message that there are consequences for spreading hate online.<\/p>\n
“This is one of the first times that the wilful promotion of antisemitism charge has been laid in Canada, and it’s important because it really cuts to the heart” of the crimes Moore is accused of, Robertson said in a Tuesday interview.<\/p>\n
Moore “weaponized his presence online in order to galvanize and encourage others, and to incite others even, to act in a hateful manner,” Robertson alleges.<\/p>\n
Moore’s account on X is still online, although it doesn’t appear he has made any new posts since Dec. 17, 2025. Prior to that date, it contained daily posts about Jewish people, referencing conspiracy theories and questioning the Holocaust.<\/p>\n

Moore used to be a real estate agent, but his registration to trade in real estate in Saskatchewan was terminated by his brokerage on May 23, 2024, the Saskatchewan Real Estate Commission said in a statement.<\/p>\n
