Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Day. <\/p>\n<p class=\"article__paragraph article__paragraph--left\" id=\"OZ6BGYSVXNENBCW2DKXSLJEEUA\">\u201cResidents should understand collection delays may occur after holidays.
