He was apprehended by police early Wednesday morning. <\/p>\n<p>The deadly shooting happened in front of 182 Belmont Avenue around 9:45 a.m., police said. <\/p>\n<p>Officers found 46-year-old Marcin Iwanowicz with a gunshot wound in the chest. He was initially taken to Brookdale Hospital in critical condition, where he was later pronounced dead. <\/p>\n<p>Police are still investigating what led up to the shooting. <\/p>\n<p>Defense attorney information for Williams was not readily available.
