What residents should know<\/strong><\/p>\n

Shavano Garage Condominiums<\/a> are officially open to the public, according to Owner Joe M. Kboudi.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s located at 13951 Indian Woods Drive in North San Antonio, just behind The Rim Church off of Lockhill-Selma Road.<\/p>\n

According to previous reporting<\/a> from Community Impact, construction on the storage development began back in 2023, and reservations were available to the public in September of that same year.<\/p>\n

What\u2019s special about it?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Shavano Garage Condominiums contains 39 total units to store sports vehicles, motorcycles and boats, according to the business\u2019s website<\/a>.<\/p>\n

These units range from roughly 1,000 to 2,000 square feet and are stocked with climate-control systems, plumbing, optional mezzanine areas, and more.<\/p>\n

Also on-site at the facility is a clubhouse and indoor and outdoor entertainment areas featuring a kitchen, bar and restrooms.<\/p>\n

\u201cCreate your own personal motor hobby retreat, install lifts, build a loft, or deck out your walls with memorabilia and audiovisual TV screens,\u201d the facility\u2019s website states.<\/p>\n
