The Broadway and West End hit will also welcome back Olivia Donalson as part of an all-star cast.<\/p>\n

Make way for the newest Queens of\u00a0SIX: The\u00a0Musical beginning February 16,\u00a0with Tik-Tok star Dylan Mulvaney<\/a> stepping into the role of Anne Boleyn, and\u00a0The Unofficial Bridgerton Musical Album\u00a0creator Abigail Barlow taking over as Katherine Howard. Original cast members\u00a0Adrianna Hicks<\/a>\u00a0and Anna Uzele<\/a> will return as\u00a0Catherine of Aragon and\u00a0Catherine Parr, respectively; and 2024 cast member Olivia Donalson<\/a> will reprise her role as Anna of Cleves. The musical continues its run at the Lena Horne Theatre.<\/p>\n

Casting for the role of Jane Seymour is to be announced.<\/p>\n

The new queens\u00a0will succeed current stars Najah Hetsberger<\/a> as Catherine of Aragon, Gianna Yanelli<\/a> as Anne Boleyn, Krystal\u00a0Hernandez as Anna of Cleves, Kay Sibal<\/a> as Katherine Howard, and Taylor Marie Daniel<\/a> as Catherine Parr, all taking their final bows February 15.\u00a0Current alternates\u00a0Aryn Bohannon<\/a>, Sierra Fermin<\/a>, Nicole Kyoung-Mi Lambert<\/a>, and Aiyana Smash<\/a>\u00a0will continue in their respective roles.<\/p>\n

Each making their Broadway debuts in the role, both Mulvaney and Barlow have gained acclaim on TikTok, with Barlow’s unofficial\u00a0Bridgerton\u00a0musical adaption going viral on the app in 2020, and Mulvaney gaining traction through her video series\u00a0“Days of Girlhood,” which tracked her journey as a trans woman.<\/p>\n

Though they may have initially found fame online, both have their roots in musical theatre, with Barlow having graduated from the Alabama School of Fine Arts and receiving training at the Birmingham Dance Theatre, and Mulvaney having received a BFA in musical theatre from\u00a0the\u00a0University of Cincinnati’s College-Conservatory of Music.\u00a0Mulvaney recently made her Off-Broadway debut with her solo show,\u00a0The Least Problematic Woman in the World, and previously performed in the national tour of\u00a0The Book of Mormon.\u00a0Barlow most recently\u00a0reunited with her\u00a0Unofficial Bridgerton Musical Album\u00a0collaborator Emily Bear\u00a0to compose the music for\u00a0Moana 2,\u00a0which released in 2024.<\/p>\n

Six\u2014about the six wives of Henry VIII\u2014celebrated its official Broadway opening night October 3, 2021 at the Lena Horne Theatre.\u00a0Marlow and Moss\u2019 musical is co-directed by Moss and Jamie Armitage<\/a> and features choreography by Carrie-Anne Ingrouille<\/a>, scenic design by Emma Bailey<\/a>, costume design by Gabriella Slade<\/a>, lighting design by Tim Deiling<\/a>, and sound design by Paul Gatehouse<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The score features orchestrations by Tom Curran<\/a> with music supervision and vocal arrangements by Joe Beighton<\/a> and U.S. music supervision by Roberta Duchak<\/a>. Casting is by Tara Rubin Casting’s Peter Van Dam.\u00a0Theater Matters<\/a> is general manager, Sam Levy<\/a> is associate producer, and Lucas McMahon<\/a> is U.S. executive producer.<\/p>\n

Six won the 2022 Tony for Best Original Score (music and lyrics) and the Outer Critics Circle Award for Best Musical. The West End production continues at the Vaudeville Theatre in London.<\/p>\n
