The Chicago Bears<\/a> will host the Los Angeles Rams for a divisional playoff game on Sunday night, and Chicago will once again look to defy the odds and upset Los Angeles at what’s going to be a frigid and windy Soldier Field.<\/p>\n The Bears<\/a> are riding a wave of momentum and confidence coming off their improbable comeback over the Green Bay Packers, where they scored 25 points in the fourth quarter to pull off the wild-card win. But the Rams aren’t a team you can get too far behind on if you hope to pull off the upset at home. This game is going to require all three phases to rise to the occasion and a full 60 minutes of football where, if Chicago is still in it in the fourth quarter, they’ll have a chance to win.<\/p>\n As the Bears prepare for Sunday night’s divisional showdown against the Rams, here are the biggest causes for concern:<\/p>\n Puka Nacua<\/p>\n The Bears will not be able to stop Puka Nacua, he is inevitable, but they’re going to do their best to contain him and prevent him from wreaking absolute havoc in the passing game. Last week against the Carolina Panthers, Nacua was targeted 18 times and caught 10 passes for 111 yards and a touchdown. But one of the things that makes him dangerous is that he can be utilized in many ways, including out of the backfield, and he had a rushing score last week in the win over Carolina. Defensive coordinator Dennis Allen’s biggest test will be preparing for Nacua, and the hope is that some injured starters, including Jaylon Johnson and Kyler Gordon, are a little healthier this week so they can try and contain Nacua.<\/p>\n Need a news break? Dennis Allen will go toe-to-toe with one of the best offensive minds in the game in Sean McVay, who is 5-2 against Allen-led defenses. But, wait, there’s more. Los Angeles boasts MVP frontrunner Matthew Stafford, who led the league in passing yards and passing touchdowns while leading the NFL’s No. 1 offense in multiple categories including points per game and yards per game. Oh, and outside of Nacua, Davante Adams is a force to be reckoned with. This is hands down the best offense the Bears have faced this season, and the defense is going to need its biggest names to step up.<\/p>\n Rams’ defensive front seven<\/p>\n As if the Rams offense wasn’t the biggest point of contention, Los Angeles is a threat on defense, as well. While the Rams defense has hit a bit of a skid over the last month, which included a loss to the Panthers and another near-loss to Carolina just last week, their front seven is nothing to shake your head at. Los Angeles has four talented defensive linemen in Jared Verse, Byron Young, Braden Fiske, and Kobie Turner, which puts the onus on Chicago’s offensive line to winning the battle in the trenches. The Rams can get after the quarterback rushing four, so Ben Johnson is going to need to find a way to help out Theo Benedet, who likely gets the start at left tackle after rookie Ozzy Trapilo was lost for the season.
