Britney Spears<\/strong>, 44, recently gushed on Instagram that she hoped to be touring<\/a> the U.K. and Australia with her son, Jayden<\/strong>, \u201cvery soon.\u201d<\/p>\n

But Rob Shuter<\/strong> reported in his Naughty But Nice<\/a> Substack on Friday, January 16, that the 19-year-old \u2014 who was mostly raised by his father, Spears\u2019 ex-husband Kevin Federline<\/strong> \u2014 \u201cis fooling her\u201d by \u201cspinning a fantasy\u201d that is unlikely to happen.<\/p>\n

\u201cJayden keeps telling Britney they\u2019re going to perform together, and she\u2019s completely buying it,\u201d a source told Shuter. \u201cShe\u2019s so proud of him and trusts what he says, but there are zero tour dates, zero bookings. It\u2019s all talk right now.\u201d<\/p>\n

No one is even trying to make it happen either, another insider added, even though the \u201cToxic\u201d singer<\/a>, who wrote on Instagram in 2022 that she was \u201cpretty traumatized\u201d<\/a> from her years of being forced onstage throughout her controversial 13-year conservatorship, \u201cwants to perform again.\u201d<\/p>\n

She would never make her announcement and \u201cput herself out there unless she felt it was real,\u201d another source confirmed. \u201cThat\u2019s why people close to her are cautious \u2014 she\u2019s believing this is happening because Jayden says it is, but nothing is actually booked.\u201d<\/p>\n
