\n\tKevin Jonas<\/a> recalls a period of his life when he lost \u201calmost all\u201d of his money. <\/p>\n

\n\tNick, Joe and Kevin Jonas of the Jonas Brothers<\/a> recently appeared on the School of Greatness<\/a> podcast, hosted by Lewis Howes, to promote their upcoming album, Greetings from Your Hometown. During their conversation, they discussed many topics. One of them was the biggest lesson the brothers learned from money, success and fame over the years. <\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cI\u2019ve seen it both ways,\u201d Kevin answered. \u201cI\u2019ve seen the beginning of the success to financial success, not knowing what money really was and understanding it, to not having to losing almost all of it \u2014 seeing bad business deals.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tHe elaborated, saying he lost his fortune, almost nine years ago, \u201cdown to the one 10 percent left.\u201d He added, \u201cInvested in a bunch of property and doing other things and I was building at the time, and sadly it just wasn\u2019t the right partnership, if you know what I\u2019m saying. Can\u2019t really get too much into it.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

\n\tHowever, Kevin \u201clearned a lot of lessons\u201d from those experiences. \u201cThankfully for life in general, like we had a second shot and bite at the apple with the band coming back together and actually it was kind of fortuitous in a way,\u201d he said. \u201cI learned this lesson. Never wanted to learn it, but I did. Then, at the same time re-evaluated how to approach life and from that perspective and looking to the future and at the same time was able to really feel honored that we could have a second shot at it.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tThe Jonas Brothers split in 2013<\/a> due to a \u201cdeep, creative rift.\u201d However, they reunited in 2019 with the release of the album Happiness Begins, which proved to be a commercial and critical success. They\u2019ve also embarked on global tours, as well as individual projects. The \u201cJonas20: Living the Dream Tour,\u201d their 20th anniversary tour, is set to begin in New Jersey, their home state, in August. It will also include Marshmello, the All-American Rejects and Boys Like Girls. <\/p>\n
