Don Lemon<\/strong> went nuclear on Nicki Minaj<\/strong> on Monday afternoon, branding the rapper a \u201chomophobic bigot\u201d who should be deported by President Donald Trump<\/strong> after she fumed Lemon should be jailed for streaming anti-ICE protesters storming a Minnesota church.<\/p>\n Minaj shredded \u201cC*CK SUCKIN\u2019 Lemon\u201d in an all-caps post on X on Sunday night. She said he was \u201cDISGUSTING\u201d for his live stream capturing the chaotic moment anti-ICE protesters wrecked a Minneapolis church service<\/a> because they believed one of the pastors was an immigration agent.<\/p>\n \u201cHOW DARE YOU? I WANT THAT THUG IN JAIL!!!!!\u201d Minaj continued. \u201cHE WOULD NEVER DO THAT TO ANY OTHER RELIGION. LOCK HIM UP!!!!!\u201d<\/p>\n Lemon responded by ripping Minaj in a video posted to Instagram on Monday.<\/p>\n \u201cStop talking about sh*t for which you know nothing about. You are out of your depth,\u201d Lemon said. \u201cYou are a homophobic bigot. You don\u2019t care about African-Americans \u2014 you are not an African-American \u2014 [and] from what I know you are reportedly an undocumented citizen. So you should be deported under Donald Trump\u2019s rules.\u201d<\/p>\n He then went off on her for having a \u201csex offender\u201d husband<\/a> and a \u201cpedophile\u201d in her family.<\/p>\n \u201cYou have the nerve to talk about me and what you think that I do?\u201d Lemon added. \u201cNicki Minaj, get a life.\u201d<\/p>\n He then said Black and gay people should not support her music.<\/p>\n The Lemon-Minaj feud comes as the ex-CNN star streamed the\u00a0anti-ICE protesters Cities Church in Minneapolis on Sunday. Those\u00a0protesters ran into the church and started screaming and chanting slogans like \u201cHands Up, Don\u2019t Shoot!\u201d and \u201cICE OUT\u201d repeatedly.<\/p>\n A number of church attendees were irate with the intrusion and yelled at the protesters to beat it. Lemon defended the protesters \u2014 saying they were simply exercising their Constitutional rights to protest.<\/p>\n \u201cThis is what the First Amendment is about, the freedom to protest,\u201d Lemon told viewers. \u201cI\u2019m sure people here don\u2019t like it, but protests are not comfortable.\u201d<\/p>\n He later criticized the church pastor<\/a> for not being more welcoming to the protesters.<\/p>\n \u201cI think if you\u2019re going to be a representative of the Lord and of God, then perhaps you should conduct yourself as such,\u201d Lemon said on Monday.<\/p>\n The media veteran may have viewed the protest as a peaceful one, but the Trump Justice Department did not.<\/p>\n Harmeet Dhillon<\/strong>, the DOJ\u2019s assistant attorney general for civil rights,\u00a0publicly rebuked<\/a>\u00a0Lemon on Sunday night.<\/p>\n \u201cA house of worship is not a public forum for your protest! It is a space protected from exactly such acts by federal criminal and civil laws!
