HOUSTON<\/strong> \u2013 A suspect has been taken into custody after allegedly spraying pepper spray in the lobby of a building in downtown Houston Wednesday.<\/p>\n

Houston police say it happened in the 900 block of Rusk Street.<\/p>\n

Police say the suspect sprayed pepper spray in the lobby before retreating into a hotel room. <\/p>\n
