{"id":534175,"date":"2026-01-22T08:40:10","date_gmt":"2026-01-22T08:40:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/534175\/"},"modified":"2026-01-22T08:40:10","modified_gmt":"2026-01-22T08:40:10","slug":"dutch-bros-breaks-into-houstons-inner-loop-with-opening-of-new-university-boulevard-location","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/534175\/","title":{"rendered":"Dutch Bros breaks into Houston&#8217;s Inner Loop with opening of new University Boulevard location"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\tDutch Bros Coffee opened its first location inside Loop 610 in October with the debut of a drive-thru near Rice Village.<\/p>\n<p><strong>In a nutshell<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The University Boulevard location first made news in April 2025 with a filing from the <a href=\"https:\/\/communityimpact.com\/houston\/bellaire-meyerland-west-university\/business\/2025\/04\/30\/dutch-bros-to-open-university-boulevard-location-in-late-2025\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation <\/a>showing that construction for the $200,000 project would last from June to late September.<\/p>\n<p>A representative with the brand confirmed that it opened officially on Oct. 26, 2025.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What they offer<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dutch Bros serves various types of caffeinated specialty beverages, including the Golden Eagle, which features espresso, caramel and vanilla breve, and a caramel drizzle; as well as the Annihilator, made of espresso and chocolate macadamia nut breve.
