JACKSONVILLE, Fla. <\/strong> \u2013 After the past few mornings of freezing temperatures, today we\u2019ll start a warming trend. While it won\u2019t last too long, we\u2019ll see temperatures soar into the upper 70s, perhaps a few areas in the low 80s throughout the weekend and on Sunday before the rain arrives.<\/p>\n

Thursday forecast<\/p>\n

This warmer weather precedes another round of rain and cold air sinking in by Monday. Much-needed rainfall is expected Sunday into Monday. <\/p>\n

While the wintry weather storm to the north and west will stay north of our Southeast Georgia counties, the impacts of rain and cold will settle in with an inland freeze likely Monday through Wednesday nights. <\/p>\n
