Dallas-based Stream Data Centers has appointed Michael Lahoud as CEO, as the company continues to scale its platform and expand its capabilities to meet growing customer demand.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Lahoud previously served as co-managing partner of Stream and has been with the firm for 15 years.<\/p>\n

The move comes five months after funds managed by NYC-based Apollo acquired a majority interest in Stream Data Centers<\/a> from Dallas\u2019 Stream Realty Partners. At the time, Stream Data Centers said it was positioned to execute on a multi-gigawatt pipeline while enabling Apollo Funds and affiliates to potentially deploy \u201cbillions of dollars\u201d into next-generation digital infrastructure.<\/p>\n

\u201cStream\u2019s enduring success across nearly 27 years has always been driven by disciplined execution and close customer partnerships,\u201d Lahoud said in a statement. \u201cAs customer requirements grow in size and complexity, these organizational enhancements position us to scale thoughtfully. We remain committed to delivering the service, collaboration and trust our customers expect.\u201d<\/p>\n

Stream said it is transforming its organizational structure to support larger, more efficient development while maintaining its long-standing commitment to responsible design, construction, and community engagement, the company said.<\/p>\n

To support this next phase of growth, Stream said it has enhanced its senior leadership team across commercial, development, and operational functions:<\/p>\n

Stacey Medeiros<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0Santiago Suinaga<\/strong>\u00a0have\u00a0joined the firm as senior vice presidents of Hyperscale and Cloud and Hyperscale, respectively, and will strengthen customer relationships while supporting new development opportunities.<\/p>\n

Oisin O Murchu<\/strong>, newly appointed chief development officer, will oversee Stream\u2019s development platform and enhance in-market relationships as the company continues to scale responsibly.<\/p>\n

Rick Crutchley<\/strong>, chief operating officer, has assumed expanded responsibilities across operational delivery to support larger, more complex projects and will lead the company\u2019s formalized community engagement program.<\/p>\n

Amanda Abell<\/strong>, newly appointed vice president of sustainability, will focus on advancing Stream\u2019s environmental stewardship and shaping Stream\u2019s community engagement program.<\/p>\n
