The menu features fajitas, hamburgers and Mexican desserts such as tres leches.<\/p>\n Crepeccino Caf\u00e9 & Creperie brings sweet and savory European flavors to Cibolo<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n Bara Ekhlayel said he has always been enamored with the caf\u00e9 culture found throughout Europe.<\/p>\n \u201cEspecially the way caf\u00e9s serve as gathering places, not just somewhere to eat,\u201d Ekhlayel said in an email to Community Impact.<\/p>\n How we got here<\/strong><\/p>\n In 2018, Ekhlayel said he put his entrepreneurial skills to the test by opening his own caf\u00e9 called Crepeccino Cafe & Creperie in the Medical Center area of Northwest San Antonio.<\/p>\n Explore the full story.<\/a><\/p>\n Bob and Rachel Pineda have been cheese connoisseurs in New Braunfels since they first debuted their local store, Otto’s Cheese Shop, in 2021.<\/p>\n Since then, the pair have already outgrown their original location off of Landa Street\u2014moving into a larger, more event-friendly space in May 2025.<\/p>\n \u201cWe were really small to start with, but we kept getting asked about classes and events, and it was really hard to do in that [old] space,\u201d Rachel Pineda told Community Impact.<\/p>\n What\u2019s changed<\/strong><\/p>\n The shop\u2014now located at 2345 Loop 337, Ste. 100\u2014has the ability to host public and private events, classes, dinners and more, all focused on cheese.<\/p>\n Keep on reading to find out more.<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n\n
