This weekend, North Texas will be forced to observe its annual major winter storm<\/a>, not-so-affectionately known to locals as \u201cicepocalypse\u201d or \u201cDallaska.\u201d <\/p>\n

While you\u2019re stocking up groceries, dripping your faucets, and trying to maintain a calm demeanor so that northern out-of-towners don\u2019t make fun of us again, take some time to consider your emotional and cultural well-being over the next few days.<\/p>\n

Even if we make it through the power outages, electrical grid anxiety and plumbing issues unscathed, we\u2019re still susceptible to losing our grip on reality while holed up at home.<\/p>\n

The way we see it, if you can\u2019t beat the January blues (and you can\u2019t go to an actual concert<\/a>), you may as well join them with the help of some moody music.<\/p>\n
