In a statement, Bullock said she appreciates the trust placed in her by current and former board members during the last six years. Proposed retail development in Frisco delayed by signage error<\/strong><\/p>\n A planned retail development at the corner of Main Street and Independence Parkway has been sent back to the Frisco Planning and Zoning Commission for further review due to a public notice error.
