Airlines<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"dist__Box-sc-1fnzlkn-0 dist__TextBase-sc-1fnzlkn-3 bYFsJw cuqaEv article-text\">Houston\u2019s Hobby Airport is among the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.southwest.com\/travel-advisory\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" title=\"https:\/\/www.southwest.com\/travel-advisory\/\">impacted airports<\/a>, but it is only one of many airports on the list. <\/p>\n<p class=\"dist__Box-sc-1fnzlkn-0 dist__TextBase-sc-1fnzlkn-3 bYFsJw cuqaEv article-text\">The company says travel to these cities may be delayed, diverted, class=\"dist__Box-sc-1fnzlkn-0 dist__TextBase-sc-1fnzlkn-3 bYFsJw cuqaEv article-text\">\u201cCustomers holding reservations to, from, or through the city(s) listed above on the corresponding date(s) who want to alter their travel plans may rebook or travel standby (within 14 days of their original date of travel between the original city pairs and in accordance with our accommodation procedures) without paying a change in airfare,\u201d the company says.<\/p>\n<p class=\"dist__Box-sc-1fnzlkn-0 dist__TextBase-sc-1fnzlkn-3 bYFsJw cuqaEv article-text\">To learn what to expect when changing from Airlines<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"dist__Box-sc-1fnzlkn-0 dist__TextBase-sc-1fnzlkn-3 bYFsJw cuqaEv article-text\">United Airlines also <a href=\"https:\/\/www.united.com\/en\/us\/fly\/travel\/trip-planning\/travel-alerts.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" title=\"https:\/\/www.united.com\/en\/us\/fly\/travel\/trip-planning\/travel-alerts.html\">released a list<\/a> of airports they expect to have problems with travel over the weekend and into next week. Bush Intercontinental Airport is included on the list.<\/p>\n<p>United Airlines expected travel problems at airports (United Airlines)<\/p>\n<p class=\"dist__Box-sc-1fnzlkn-0 dist__TextBase-sc-1fnzlkn-3 bYFsJw cuqaEv article-text\">If your flight is affected, United says you can reschedule your trip and they will waive change fees and fare differences. But, your new flight must be a United flight departing between January 21, 2026 and January 29, 2026. Tickets must be in the same cabin and between the same cities as originally booked.<\/p>\n<p><b>Spirit Airlines<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"dist__Box-sc-1fnzlkn-0 dist__TextBase-sc-1fnzlkn-3 bYFsJw cuqaEv article-text\">Spirit Airlines also released a list, which includes Houston\u2019s Bush Intercontinental Airport. Flights to these cities will have modification charges or fare differences waived through January 31.<\/p>\n<p>Spirit Airlines disrupted travel list (Spirit Airlines)<b>Frontier Airlines<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"dist__Box-sc-1fnzlkn-0 dist__TextBase-sc-1fnzlkn-3 bYFsJw cuqaEv article-text\">Frontier Airlines list includes Bush Intercontinental Airport.
