{"id":54438,"date":"2025-07-10T15:28:11","date_gmt":"2025-07-10T15:28:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/54438\/"},"modified":"2025-07-10T15:28:11","modified_gmt":"2025-07-10T15:28:11","slug":"second-man-charged-with-murder-of-ekampreet-sahni-singh-in-newcastle","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/54438\/","title":{"rendered":"Second man charged with murder of Ekampreet Sahni Singh in Newcastle"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"paragraph_paragraph__iYReA\">A second man has been charged with murder following the shooting of a man in Newcastle earlier this year.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_paragraph__iYReA\">Ekampreet Sahni Singh, 18, was found with a gunshot wound at Bar Beach car park in Newcastle at about 11:40pm on April 23.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_paragraph__iYReA\">Paramedics treated Mr Sahni but he died at the scene.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_paragraph__iYReA\">Police allege a group of people were fighting in the car park when a white SUV drove up and an armed man got out, fired a gun, and left in the vehicle.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_paragraph__iYReA\">The SUV was found ablaze about 20 minutes later in the nearby suburb Tingira Heights.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"Three people in protective suits stand in a beachfront car park.
