Simple steps — like sauce slathered “from coast to coast,” Tzompanakis said, speaking of covering an entire brioche bun evenly — mean diners get the same bite every time.

<img decoding="async" loading="lazy" style="aspect-ratio:4096 / 2732" class="dmnc_images-modern-image-module__QFaG- max-w-full h-auto text-white dmnc_images-modern-image-module__9Zlll bg-gray-light object-contain" width="4096" height="2732" src="https://www.europesays.com/us/wp-content/uploads/2026/01/TMC7GHDDNZF2LLH43KT763PF7U.jpg" alt="Thai Kai Chicken Salad is a healthful option at J. These dishes might be added to other cities’ menus after they’re tested in North Texas.

Other popular items at the restaurant, Clifford said, are appetizers like spinach queso and grilled artichokes served with rémoulade, each $16.

Clifford described J.
