There are, however, a few districts in the surrounding area that will be closed on Tuesday.<\/p>\n<p>As of Monday evening, Blanco ISD, Comfort ISD, Harper ISD and Kerrville ISD will remain closed on Tuesday due to icy road conditions.<\/p>\n<p>Six other districts will be opening on a two-hour delay.
