{"id":547328,"date":"2026-01-27T17:54:41","date_gmt":"2026-01-27T17:54:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/547328\/"},"modified":"2026-01-27T17:54:41","modified_gmt":"2026-01-27T17:54:41","slug":"zillow-lists-jacksonville-as-a-top-market-for-homebuyers-jax-daily-record","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/547328\/","title":{"rendered":"Zillow lists Jacksonville as a top market for homebuyers: Jax Daily Record"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"dist__Box-sc-1fnzlkn-0 dist__TextBase-sc-1fnzlkn-3 bYFsJw cuqaEv article-text\"><strong>JACKSONVILLE, Fla.<\/strong> \u2013 A new study from online real estate company Zillow lists Jacksonville as one of the most favorable markets for homebuyers in the U.S., <a href=\"https:\/\/www.jaxdailyrecord.com\/news\/2026\/jan\/27\/zillow-lists-jacksonville-as-a-top-market-for-homebuyers\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" title=\"https:\/\/www.jaxdailyrecord.com\/news\/2026\/jan\/27\/zillow-lists-jacksonville-as-a-top-market-for-homebuyers\/\">according to a report from News4JAX news partner the Jacksonville Daily Record<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"dist__Box-sc-1fnzlkn-0 dist__TextBase-sc-1fnzlkn-3 bYFsJw cuqaEv article-text\">Zillow\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/zillow.mediaroom.com\/2026-01-26-Indianapolis-leads-Zillows-list-of-the-best-markets-to-buy-a-home-in-2026\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">study<\/a>, released Jan. 26, ranks Jacksonville No. 4 on its list of buyer-friendly cities in 2026.<\/p>\n<p class=\"dist__Box-sc-1fnzlkn-0 dist__TextBase-sc-1fnzlkn-3 bYFsJw cuqaEv article-text\">The study examined the 49 largest U.S. metros based on growth of home values, the amount a mortgage would demand from a family budget and buyer competition.<\/p>\n<p class=\"dist__Box-sc-1fnzlkn-0 dist__TextBase-sc-1fnzlkn-3 bYFsJw cuqaEv article-text\">Indianapolis ranked No. 1, followed by Atlanta and Charlotte, North Carolina.
