When Heated Rivalry<\/a>\u2014the Canadian gaymance about two brickhouse athletes navigating the heterosexual terrain of ice hockey\u2014hijacked water cooler conversations, one question became inevitable: which fashion brand would be first to claim its leads, Hudson Williams<\/a> and Connor Storrie<\/a>, as their own? And, well, it surprised no one that Dsquared2<\/a>\u2019s Dean and Dan Caten\u2014fellow Canadians and architects of their own caked-up universe\u2014beat everyone to the punch, flying Williams into Milan, where he opened their fall 2026 presentation<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Nor should it have come as a shock that Saint Laurent<\/a>\u2019s Anthony Vaccarello\u2014a designer who summarized his spring 2026 collection with the line, \u201cbecause I\u2019m gay<\/a>\u201d\u2013would be the one to get Storrie. Having already worn the brand to the Golden Globes<\/a>, the 25-year-old Texan last night made his fashion week debut at Saint Laurent\u2019s fall 2026 show, dressed in a 1980s-shouldered suit\u2014and with a leather-trenched Heated Rivalry colleague Fran\u00e7ois Arnaud<\/a> at his side. The co-stars, who are believed to be dating, but could, of course, be best friends, or roommates, were also seen leaving Hotel Costes together earlier that evening.<\/p>\n

For the outing, Arnaud wore a double-breasted wool coat layered over a chunky V-neck knit, wide-leg trousers, and lace-up boots, while Storrie gave his best James Dean in a leather aviator jacket, a white T-shirt, high-waisted jeans, and ankle boots.<\/p>\n

\u201cWhat you see across all his looks is that moment when menswear shifted in the \u201920s and \u201930s, and men started wearing wider legs and more generous cuts on the blazer,\u201d the latter\u2019s stylist James Yardley this week told<\/a> Vanity Fair\u2019s Jos\u00e9 Criales Unzueta. \u201cWhen you tie that with his hair, you get this man who you can style from multiple reference points and from different decades, and not with a costume element, because it\u2019s never that, but with a nod to leading men from Hollywood history.\u201d And what does every great leading man in Hollywood have?
