He originally left the game after landing awkwardly during a shooting contest at the rim, which was elevated to a Grade 3 sprain.<\/p>\n<p>The Rockets said Adams is expected to make a full recovery following the procedure. The 32-year-old averaged 5.8 points, 8.6 rebounds, and 1.5 assists in 22.8 minutes over 32 games in his second season with Houston.<\/p>\n<p>The 32-year-old is from Rotorua, New Zealand.
