(WSMV) &#8211; <b>Update:<\/b> Residents who were evacuated from their homes Thursday night have been allowed to return top their homes after a gas main was hit in a crash, according to the La Vergne Police Department.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">LVPD said Nir Shreibman Boulevard and Ramsden Avenue have also reopened.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">At this time, the gas company is at the scene checking the gas main.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">No other details have been released.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\"><b>Earlier: <\/b>Some residents in a La Vergne neighborhood are being evacuated after a gas main was hit in a reckless driving crash, according to the La Vergne Police Department.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Nir Shreibman Boulevard and Ramsden Avenue are closed as a result of the crash as well.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">LVPD said as a precaution, officers are evacuating residents and motorists from the area.
