{"id":55424,"date":"2025-07-11T00:09:11","date_gmt":"2025-07-11T00:09:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/55424\/"},"modified":"2025-07-11T00:09:11","modified_gmt":"2025-07-11T00:09:11","slug":"suspect-in-fatal-sw-houston-office-building-stabbing-gets-pr-bond-on-murder-charge","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/55424\/","title":{"rendered":"Suspect in fatal SW Houston office building stabbing gets PR bond on murder charge"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"dist__Box-sc-1fnzlkn-0 dist__TextBase-sc-1fnzlkn-3 bYFsJw cuqaEv article-text\"><strong>HOUSTON<\/strong> \u2013 A Houston man who has been in jail for murder since late March was granted a personal recognizance (PR) bond on Thursday afternoon, according to court records, after Harris County prosecutors failed to indict him before the 90-day deadline. <\/p>\n<p class=\"dist__Box-sc-1fnzlkn-0 dist__TextBase-sc-1fnzlkn-3 bYFsJw cuqaEv article-text\">Masiullah Sahil\u2019s bond on the murder charge was previously set at $750,000, according to records, but Judge Emily Detoto granted the PR bond during a hearing Thursday \u201cpursuant to mandatory law,\u201d records state. <\/p>\n<ul class=\"dist__Box-sc-1fnzlkn-0 kDvXdO font_openSans articleList\">\n<li class=\"dist__Box-sc-1fnzlkn-0 dist__StackBase-sc-1fnzlkn-7 ecGWWE iQviKm\"\/><\/ul>\n<p class=\"dist__Box-sc-1fnzlkn-0 dist__TextBase-sc-1fnzlkn-3 bYFsJw cuqaEv article-text\">Sahil is accused of stabbing Abdul Niazi, a father of five, multiple times at his office in March.
