He died at the scene. <\/p>\n<p class=\"dist__Box-sc-1fnzlkn-0 dist__TextBase-sc-1fnzlkn-3 bYFsJw cuqaEv article-text\">JSO\u2019s investigation led to the discovery of surveillance footage, which showed Lockhart arguing with Mathis and Woods, police said.
