{"id":556232,"date":"2026-01-31T12:11:39","date_gmt":"2026-01-31T12:11:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/556232\/"},"modified":"2026-01-31T12:11:39","modified_gmt":"2026-01-31T12:11:39","slug":"goldman-sachs-morgan-stanley-lend-160m-for-mixed-portfolio-commercial-observer","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/556232\/","title":{"rendered":"Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley Lend $160M for Mixed Portfolio \u2013 Commercial Observer"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><b><a href=\"https:\/\/commercialobserver.com\/company\/haven-capital\/\" title=\"Haven Capital\" class=\"company-link\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Haven Capital<\/a><\/b> has sealed a $160 million debt package to refinance a portfolio of multifamily and office assets, Commercial Observer has learned.<\/p>\n<p><b><a href=\"https:\/\/commercialobserver.com\/company\/goldman-sachs\/\" title=\"Goldman Sachs\" class=\"company-link\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Goldman Sachs<\/a><\/b> and <b><a href=\"https:\/\/commercialobserver.com\/company\/morgan-stanley\/\" title=\"Morgan Stanley\" class=\"company-link\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Morgan Stanley<\/a><\/b> originated the commercial mortgage-backed securities loan for seven fee-interest positions in properties in New York, New Jersey, Missouri and Washington, D.C.
