Le Chau turned himself in to the Dallas County Sheriff\u2019s Office Thursday for a warrant out of the Dallas Police Department, according to a news release. It says the value of the alleged stolen property is between $30,000 and $150,000. <\/p>\n<p class=\"body-text-paragraph\">Chau was placed on administrative leave, pending the outcome of an internal investigation, police said.
