The 68th Grammy Awards are here, and the biggest stars in music are walking the red carpet. This year\u2019s ceremony, which takes place on Feb. 1 at 5 p.m. PT, is held at Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles.<\/p>\n
Rap superstar Kedrick Lamar, who took home five awards at last year\u2019s show, leads all artists with nine nominations. His late 2024 release, \u201cGNX,\u201d will compete for album of the years agaist Bad Bunny\u2019s \u201cDeb\u00ed Tirar M\u00e1s Fotos,\u201d Justin Bieber\u2019s \u201cSwag,\u201d Sabrina Carpenter\u2019s \u201cMan\u2019s Best Friend,\u201d Clipse\u2019s \u201cLet God Sort Em Out,\u201d Lady Gaga\u2019s \u201cMeyhem,\u201d Leon Thomas\u2019 \u201cMutt\u201d and Tyler, the Creator\u2019s \u201cChromakopia.\u201d<\/p>\n
Lady Gaga was close behind with seven nominations, beating her 2010 record of six and putting her in a tie for the second-most nominations with producers Jack Antonoff and Cirkut. She scored noms for album of the year, record of the year, song of the year, best pop solo performance, best pop vocal album, best dance pop recording and best traditional pop vocal album.<\/p>\n
Third place was a four-way tie between breakout Leon Thomas, Sabrina Carpenter, Bad Bunny and audio engineer and mixer Serban Ghenea, who all earned six noms.<\/p>\n
One of the year\u2019s biggest songs came from an unexpected source: Netflix. \u201cGolden,\u201d from the streamer\u2019s animated smash hit \u201cKPop Demon Hunters,\u201d is competing for best song with Lady Gaga\u2019s \u201cAbracadabra,\u201d Doechii\u2019s \u201cAnxiety,\u201d Ros\u00e9 and Bruno Mars\u2019 \u201cAPT.,\u201d Bad Bunny\u2019s \u201cDtMF,\u201d Lamar and SZA\u2019s \u201cLuther,\u201d Carpenter\u2019s \u201cManchild\u201d and Billie Eilish\u2019s \u201cWildflower.\u201d<\/p>\n
