The reason for the argument was not immediately disclosed.\n<\/p>\n<p>Cops said the beef turned bloody when the perpetrator pulled out a sharp instrument and repeatedly slashed the victim about the body, leaving him wounded multiple times.\n<\/p>\n<p>Following the assault, police reported, the suspect fled the scene on foot northbound along 3rd Avenue.\n<\/p>\n<p>The incident was reported to the <a href=\"http:\/\/twitter.com\/nypd40pct\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">40th Precinct<\/a>. EMS rushed the victim to Lincoln Hospital, where he was listed in stable condition.\n<\/p>\n<p>Police described the suspect as a man who was last seen wearing a black hat, a black ski mask, a green jacket, blue jeans and dark-colored sneakers.\n<\/p>\n<p>Anyone with information regarding the assailant\u2019s whereabouts can call Crime Stoppers at 800-577-TIPS (for Spanish, dial 888-57-PISTA).
