HOLY FUCK \u2013 \u201cELEVATE\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n

Holy Fuck describe \u201cElevate\u201d as \u201ca euphoric and psychedelic dream drenched in technicolour.\u201d It\u2019s the second single from the Canadian band\u2019s new album Event Beat.<\/p>\n

CHARLOTTE CORNFIELD \u2013 \u201cLIVING WITH IT\u201d FT. FEIST<\/strong><\/p>\n

Charlotte Cornfield\u2019s sixth album, Hurts Like Hell<\/a>, is out next month, and her new single \u201cLiving With It\u201d features Feist. \u201cI had secretly dreamed of having her sing on the record and mentioned it to [producer] Phil Weinrobe, who she is also friends with,\u201d Cornfield says. \u201cWhen Phil reached out and she said yes, I sent her a couple of songs, hoping she would gravitate towards this one. She did, and she added her Feist magic to it, which is undeniable.\u201d<\/p>\n

SORRY \u2013 \u201cBILLY ELLIOT\u201d & \u201cALONE IN COLOGNE\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n

Sorry, who released the excellent<\/a> COSPLAY last year, are back with two brand new tracks. have shared just ahead of their UK tour.<\/p>\n

LALA LALA \u2013 \u201cARROW\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s such a basic spiritual thing,\u201d Lala Lala says of \u201cArrow,\u201d the latest single off her new album Does This Go Faster?<\/a>, which samples La Femme. \u201cResistance is the root of all suffering, and I did not know that. I thought that I could dictate the course of my life.\u201d<\/p>\n

THE LINDA LINDAS \u2013 \u201cCALIFORNIA SUN\u201d (RAMONES\/HENRY GLOVER COVER)<\/b><\/p>\n

The Linda Lindas have released a cover of the Ramones\u2019 cover of the Henry Glover-penned \u201960s hit \u201cCalifornia Sun,\u201d and it\u2019s a very fun rendition of this eternal song.<\/p>\n

MARIA BC \u2013 \u201cNIGHT & DAY\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n

Maria BC\u2019s new album Marathon<\/a> is out later this month, and they\u2019ve shared another single, \u201cNight & day.\u201d \u201cI imagined this as a kind of lonesome cowboy song, an ode to the night,\u201d they say. \u201cWhen his workday is over and the sun\u2019s gone down, he can be with the one he loves, and speak freely, feel deeply. This time is so precious to him, he often gets carried away and clings to it desperately. Then the morning brings shame, stupor, new longing. One of my favorite moments of the album comes toward the end of this song, when Cole\u2019s saxophone comes in with a falling pitch.\u201d<\/p>\n

TIGERS JAW \u2013 \u201cPRIMARY COLORS\u201d<\/b><\/p>\n

Tigers Jaw\u2019s anticipated new album Lost On You<\/a> is approaching and here\u2019s another instantly-satisfying taste of it.<\/p>\n

MX LONELY \u2013 \u201cANESTHETIC\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n

Mx Lonely\u2019s debut album ALL MONSTERS<\/a> is out on February 20, and th ey\u2019ve given us another preview with \u201cAnesthetic.\u201d \u201cAnesthetic (noun) is defined as any substance that induces insensitivity to pain,\u201d vocalist and keyboard player Rae Haas says. \u201cAnesthetic is a love song to the addict. An ode to and feeling highs and lows rather than searching for something to numb the pain.\u201d<\/p>\n

SHABAKA \u2013 \u201cEYES LOWERED\u201d<\/b><\/p>\n

Jazz great Shabaka recently revealed that he raps on record for the first time on his upcoming album Of the Earth<\/a>, and today we get to hear that song.<\/p>\n

ECCA VANDAL \u2013 \u201cBLEACH\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201c\u2018BLEACH\u2019 is the moment you shed the version of yourself moulded by fear,\u201d Ecca Vandal says of her new single. \u201cIt\u2019s brutal, honest, messy, and necessary \u2014 letting the old stuff go to make room for something new.\u201d<\/p>\n

Philly post-hardcore supergroup Bitter Branches (Deadguy, Lifetime, etc) have shared another caustic taste of their upcoming sophomore LP Let\u2019s Give the Land Back to the Animals<\/a>.<\/p>\n
