Victory Circle in June 2024 for $29.3 million.<\/p>\n<p>Dallas-based <a href=\"https:\/\/scannellproperties.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Scannell Properties<\/a> was the developer on the project.<\/p>\n<p>Stream Realty is offering both 16441 W. Victory Circle, called Building 3, and 2676 Petty Place, called Building 1, in an <a href=\"https:\/\/looplink.streamrealty.com\/Listing\/Petty-Place-Victory-Cir-Fort-Worth-TX\/27393594\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">online listing<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The Petty Place location features 239,600 square feet, a clearance height of 36 feet, and 63 loading docks. This location has 6,137 square feet of office space, according to the online listing.<\/p>\n<p>The West Victory Circle address is 163,500 square feet, has 23 loading docks and has a clearance height of 32 feet.<\/p>\n<p>The 2677 Petty Place address is now occupied by Porsche, according to previous <a href=\"https:\/\/communityimpact.com\/dallas-fort-worth\/keller-roanoke-northeast-fort-worth\/business\/2026\/01\/08\/porsche-brings-parts-distribution-technical-training-facility-to-north-fort-worth\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">reporting<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;&gt;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Stream Realty listed two new industrial buildings, collectively called Speedway 3, near Texas Motor Speedway.
