Click here to watch<\/a><\/p>\n<p class=\"EkqkG IGXmU nlgHS yuUao lqtkC TjIXL aGjvy \">Ortega-Garcia met the 16-year old victim on a CTA Bus in October of 2022, Chicago police said.<\/p>\n<p class=\"EkqkG IGXmU nlgHS yuUao lqtkC TjIXL aGjvy \">Prosecutors say he followed her into a gas station then a Wendy&#8217;s on North Western in Lakeview.<\/p>\n<p class=\"EkqkG IGXmU nlgHS yuUao lqtkC TjIXL aGjvy \">Police say she texted someone for help.
