Tapia II said in a statement. \u201cThe safety of court users, court staff and judicial officers remains a top priority and the Court will continue to work diligently to ensure equal access to justice through the fair, timely and effective resolution of all cases.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The courthouse at 312 N.
