At the time, police said the suspect had fled and no arrest had been made.<\/p>\n<p>Advertisement<\/p>\n<p>Advertisement<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Later in January, the Dallas Police Department issued a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/DallasPD\/posts\/dallas-police-are-asking-for-the-publics-help-to-locate-kenneth-brown-jr-he-is-w\/1341742797995496\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" data-ylk=\"slk:public notice;elm:context_link;itc:0;sec:content-canvas\" class=\"link \">public notice<\/a> asking for help locating Brown, identifying him as a suspect in a murder investigation tied to the 2900 block of East 11th Street and referencing case number 002884-2026.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Court records indicate Brown now faces a capital murder charge tied to the case. He is also charged with unlawful carrying of a weapon, with bond set at $10,000 for that offense.
