He takes a piragua \u2014 a traditional Puerto Rican shaved ice dessert \u2014 from one seller, then  hands off the cone to Victor Villa, as the Villa\u2019s Tacos owner stands behind a cart emblazoned with the business\u2019 name. The singer then  ducks beneath the sparring fists of boxers Xander Zayas and Emiliano Vargas.<\/p>\n<p> Villa, who started the taqueria as a pop-up in the Highland Park neighborhood in 2018, <a class=\"link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/DUhNhxbFMbE\/?utm_source=ig_embed&amp;utm_campaign=embed_video_watch_again\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">took to Instagram<\/a> to express gratitude for the opportunity, underscoring his family\u2019s immigrant background.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe sold our first taco in the front yard of my grandma\u2019s house in Highland Park more than 8 years ago &amp; I feel that every taco along the way brought me here. Today. For this moment!\u201d the post stated. \u201cI couldn\u2019t have sold that 1st taco if my parents didn\u2019t make the difficult decision to leave their homeland for a better life &amp; immigrate to the U.S.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The Los Angeles establishment \u2014 known for its freshly pressed blue corn tortillas, char-grilled meats and cheese-encrusted tacos \u2014 has been featured three times in the <a class=\"link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.latimes.com\/food\/list\/101-best-los-angeles-restaurants-ranked-2022\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">L.A. Times 101 Best Restaurants list<\/a>, and also is  in the <a class=\"link\" href=\"https:\/\/guide.michelin.com\/us\/en\/california\/us-los-angeles\/restaurant\/villa-s-tacos\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Michelin guide<\/a>. The restaurant\u2019s ambitious,  maximized layering of mouth-watering  ingredients has been hailed by L.A.
