SAN ANTONIO – A teen was allegedly robbed at gunpoint by another teen he knew at Woodlawn Lake Park.<\/p>\n
Around 9:40 p.m. on Saturday, police responded to the scene of a reported armed robbery near the corner of South Josephine Tobin Drive and West Ashby Place, at Woodlawn Lake Park.<\/p>\n
When police arrived, they learned that a 19-year-old male was leaving the park when a suspect approached the victim, pointed a gun at him, and demanded the victim’s jewelry.<\/p>\n
The victim handed over his jewelry, and the suspect fled on foot. The victim then told officers that he had recognised the suspect, advising them of the suspect’s residence.<\/p>\n
Police arrived at the suspect’s nearby home, and were able to locate and apprehend the suspect, and after obtaining a search warrant, allegedly found the stolen jewelry and the firearm used. <\/p>\n
The suspect was arrested and charged with Aggravated Robbery.
