Champions were crowned during the final performance of the Fort Worth Stock Show & Rodeo’s ProRodeo tournament. While prize money is earned in individual rounds throughout the two-week-long event, the top prizes are awarded to each event’s champion. In all, the historic rodeo doled out more than $1.3 million in added money this year, one of the richest rodeos in the country.<\/p>\n

Hood County teen Caiman Cody, of Tolar, won the Stock Show’s Grand Champion Steer award<\/a> for his steer named White Castle.
