The crash occurred around 7:45 a.m. on West Nordhoff Street near Mason Avenue, with dramatic video showing the electric vehicle completely inundated in flames. Debris, including a tire, flew across the pavement onto the sidewalk. <\/p>\n
Footage captured a woman sprawled on the ground while bystanders desperately tried to help before emergency crews arrived. <\/p>\n
