{"id":58080,"date":"2025-07-11T23:18:09","date_gmt":"2025-07-11T23:18:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/58080\/"},"modified":"2025-07-11T23:18:09","modified_gmt":"2025-07-11T23:18:09","slug":"temperature-could-feel-like-the-low-40s-this-weekend","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/58080\/","title":{"rendered":"Temperature could feel like the low 40s this weekend"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"b-date-custom__date-item\">Updated:\u00a0July 11, 2025 at 4:58PM EDT<\/p>\n<p class=\"b-date-custom__date-item\">Published:\u00a0July 11, 2025 at 12:11PM EDT<\/p>\n<p>Toronto is under a heat warning, with sweltering daytime highs between 29 C and 32 C degrees and feeling closer to 40 C with humidity until Thursday. <\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">A <a href=\"https:\/\/weather.gc.ca\/warnings\/report_e.html?on61=\" target=\"_self\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" title=\"https:\/\/weather.gc.ca\/warnings\/report_e.html?on61=\">heat warning<\/a> has been issued for Toronto ahead of a \u201cprolonged period\u201d of sweltering conditions that Environment Canada says could last until Thursday. <\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">The weather agency issued the warning on Friday morning ahead of a scorcher of a day that could see the mercury soar to 30 C but feel closer to 37 with the humidex. <\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">Conditions are expected to get even warmer on Saturday, with Environment Canada forecasting a high of 32 C that will feel as hot as 41 with the humidex. <\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">There might be a little relief on Sunday with a 60 per cent chance of showers but the temperature is still expected to reach a daytime high of 30 C.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">In fact, Environment Canada says that daytime highs will hover between 29 C and 32 C for much of the next week, with the humidex often making it feel like 35 to 40. <\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">The weather agency says that overnight lows during this stretch will be 19 C to 23 C \u201cproviding little relief from the heat.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">\u201cThis week southern Ontario will experience hot and humid conditions. The temperatures and humidex will meet or be extremely close to heat warning criteria, with the hottest day being Saturday,\u201d the warning from Environment Canadas states. \u201cA shift in the weather pattern on Thursday will likely end this multi-day period of heat and humidity.
