Stefan Jeremiah for New York Post<\/p>\n<p>MLS clubs are valued, on average, at $767 million, up 6 percent from 2025, according to the report.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.sportico.com\/valuations\/teams\/2026\/mls-team-values-2026-inter-miami-messi-1234884047\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">Sportico valued<\/a> Lionel Messi-led Inter Miami, which is coming off its first MLS Cup title, at $1.45 billion.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Red Bull New York came in at $660 million, which was up 2 percent from the previous year. JASON SZENES\/ NY POST<\/p>\n<p>The soccer-specific venue, slated to open in the spring of 2027, will host some games during the 2028 Summer Olympics in Los Angeles. <\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2026\/02\/03\/sports\/new-york-city-fcs-new-home-will-be-host-venue-for-la-2028-olympics\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Club CEO Brad Sims told The Post<\/a> that NYCFC was eyeing other major events for their new home.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u201c[The Olympic announcement] is kind of the first big event that we officially threw our hat in the ring for,\u201d Sims said. \u201cI think it\u2019s just a huge validation for the project and sign of things to come with other major events.
