Jacksonville and Northeast Florida\u2019s first Solidcore fitness studio location is gearing up for opening.<\/p>\n
The new location\u2019s grand opening is Saturday, February 21st.<\/p>\n
Solidcore fitness is described on its website as low-impact, strength training exercises to ensure minimal stress or force on your spine or joints. Their website offers several different types of classes<\/a>.<\/p>\n >>> STREAM ACTION NEWS JAX LIVE <<<<\/b><\/a><\/p>\n Classes will go live in the [solidcore] app on Friday, for the Jacksonville studio.
