Japan-based mobile payment app PayPay is preparing to list its shares on the US Nasdaq to reinforce its overseas operations.<\/p>\n
The company is one of Japan’s largest payment application providers. PayPay filed documents with the US Securities and Exchange Commission on Thursday and says it expects to join the tech-heavy Nasdaq as early as March.<\/p>\n
PayPay has grown to more than 72 million users as of the end of December since its 2018 launch.<\/p>\n
