\"\"<\/a>Marvel<\/p>\n

Two weeks ahead of the film\u2019s release, Marvel Studios has released a new retro-style trailer for \u201cThe Fantastic Four: First Steps\u201d along with similarly old school artwork via a custom poster designed by artist Matt Ferguson up on X<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The trailer comes as the cast & crew are on a world press tour showing off around half an hour of footage and doing Q&As, starting with London the other day and hitting several cities including Sydney next week.<\/p>\n

During the discussion, the film\u2019s director Matt Shakman confirms that within the Marvel Cinematic Universe, the movie takes place on Earth-828 as opposed to the main MCU which takes place in Earth-616.<\/p>\n

Several other Earths have appeared on screen before, most notably Earth-838 in \u201cDoctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness\u201d which is where the Illuminati were.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile the footage screened, which is mostly from the film\u2019s first act, confirms several Fantastic Four villains appear in cameos in the film including Puppet Master, Mad Thinker, Diablo, Wizard along with one of Red Ghost\u2019s Super Apes.<\/p>\n

The footage has mostly been screening for fans but the general reaction so far has been very good. Whether the full film will yield similar results\u2026 we\u2019ll have to wait and see.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
