The top two New York Lottery prizes in Upstate New York in 2025 were both worth $10 million, according to state data.<\/p>\n
David Miller of Cortland<\/a> and Daniel Durham of Canton <\/a>both won $10 million jackpots in 2025. They tied for the biggest prize in Upstate New York and the second-biggest in the entire state last year.<\/p>\n Miller won his prize playing $10,000,000 Deluxe with a ticket from Grand Union of Cortland. The prize amount was over $123 million.<\/p>\n The lottery paid out a total of over 151,000 prizes worth at least $600 last year.<\/p>\n A total of 71 prizes were worth $1 million or more.
