There are two major decisions facing Chelsea for Sunday\u2019s Club World Cup final against all-conquering PSG.<\/p>\n

The first has to do with Mois\u00e9s Caicedo and his twisted ankle, which appears to be mending but probably not mending fast enough. Do we risk starting him? Should we risk starting him and potentially aggravating the injury? Is a hobbled Caicedo a better option than a fully fit Andrey Santos (with Rom\u00e9o Lavia and D\u00e1rio Essugo both out)? Maresca has been fairly cautious in such matters, but Club World Cup finals don\u2019t come around every year … or even every four years.<\/p>\n

The second has to do with the center forward position. And this one has nothing to do with any injury. Jo\u00e3o Pedro won us the semifinal on Tuesday. Liam Delap had been starting before then, and he\u2019s back from his suspension. Christopher Nkunku has suddenly found himself back in favor, while Nicolas Jackson has suddenly found himself out of it. We could of course start more than just one of them, and with Noni Madueke now gone, we probably have to. But which two … or perhaps three should get the start?<\/p>\n
