But is it enough to push the BNB price to $800?\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>BNB chain has <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/BNBCHAIN\/status\/1943217300208755049\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow external noreferrer\" data-wpel-link=\"external\">burned<\/a> 1,595,599.78 <a href=\"https:\/\/ambcrypto.com\/category\/binance-news\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\">Binance [BNB]<\/a> tokens worth $1 billion as part of its quarterly disinflation program.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Per the network, this was the 32nd burn, and over 60.7 million tokens (about $14.2 billion) have been taken out of the supply. <\/p>\n<p>Since the deflation plan began in 2022, over 30% of the supply has been burned. Only 139,289,513 million is currently circulating.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/BNB-crypto-burn-rate.jpg\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-510232\" class=\"size-full wp-image-510232\" src=\"data:image\/svg+xml,%3Csvg%20xmlns=\" http:=\"\" alt=\"BNV crypto\" width=\"1920\" height=\"1361\" data-lazy- data-lazy- data-lazy-src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/BNB-crypto-burn-rate.jpg\"\/><\/a><\/p>\n<p id=\"caption-attachment-510232\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Source: X<\/p>\n<p><strong>BNB price doubled, BUT not because of the burns?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Theoretically, reducing supply while demand remains the same or surges automatically fuels the value of the token.<\/p>\n<p>To gauge how these quarterly burns have impacted BNB\u2019s price, AMBCrypto layered the disinflation data on the token\u2019s price to get the full picture.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/Screenshot-2025-07-11-163933.png\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-510233\" class=\"size-full wp-image-510233\" src=\"data:image\/svg+xml,%3Csvg%20xmlns=\" http:=\"\" alt=\"BNB crypto\" width=\"959\" height=\"474\" data-lazy- data-lazy- data-lazy-src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/Screenshot-2025-07-11-163933.png\"\/><\/a><\/p>\n<p id=\"caption-attachment-510233\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Source: AMBCrypto<\/p>\n<p>As illustrated, BNB price fluctuated below $400 in 2022 when the burnt rates remained below $600 million. <\/p>\n<p>However, when burn rates hit over $1 billion for the first time in early 2024, the BNB price also doubled from $300 to $600.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>But that pattern didn\u2019t hold.<\/p>\n<p>Despite multiple billion-dollar burns since then, BNB didn\u2019t rally proportionally. The most recent burn ($1.02B) in July 2025, for instance, was larger than January\u2019s $916 million, but price gains were comparatively muted.<\/p>\n<p><strong>So, where is the new demand coming from?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Per DeFiLlama <a href=\"https:\/\/defillama.com\/dexs\/chain\/bsc\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow external noreferrer\" data-wpel-link=\"external\">data<\/a>, BNB chain DEX volume saw significant traction from late 2024 to 2025. In fact, it hit a record high of $170 billion in June, which adds demand pressure for on-chain users.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/Screenshot-2025-07-11-165428.png\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-510234\" class=\"size-full wp-image-510234\" src=\"data:image\/svg+xml,%3Csvg%20xmlns=\" http:=\"\" alt=\"BNB crypto\" width=\"1638\" height=\"357\" data-lazy- data-lazy- data-lazy-src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/Screenshot-2025-07-11-165428.png\"\/><\/a><\/p>\n<p id=\"caption-attachment-510234\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Source: DeFiLlama<\/p>\n<p>So, this on-chain traction could have also fueled BNB price action apart from the supply reduction. At press time, BNB traded at $692, up 15% from the June lows.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>However, the derivatives market told a more cautious story.<\/p>\n<p>The Options market was somewhat bearish in the short term, with high <a href=\"https:\/\/app.laevitas.ch\/assets\/options\/skew-bf\/BNB\/DERIBIT\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow external noreferrer\" data-wpel-link=\"external\">demand<\/a> for short-dated puts (bearish bets) over calls (bullish bets).\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/lvt_chart-BNB-Deribit-Volume-By-Strike-All-Expirations-2025-07-11T17_09_2303_00.png\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-510235\" class=\"size-full wp-image-510235\" src=\"data:image\/svg+xml,%3Csvg%20xmlns=\" http:=\"\" alt=\"BNB crypto\" width=\"1080\" height=\"720\" data-lazy- data-lazy- data-lazy-src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/us\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/lvt_chart-BNB-Deribit-Volume-By-Strike-All-Expirations-2025-07-11T17_09_2303_00.png\"\/><\/a><\/p>\n<p id=\"caption-attachment-510235\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Source: Laevitas<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, the largest Option volumes of puts (red, long bar) were piled at $700, suggesting it was a key resistance level.<\/p>\n<p> Another level for downside risk was at $660, making it a key short-term level to watch.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Beyond $700, the highest volume of calls was at $800, making it a key bullish target if the $700 obstacle is cleared.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Overall, BNB chain\u2019s disinflation program positively impacted BNB price alongside its on-chain activity.
