National authorities have reported at least 40 people have been killed. Together with the UN and other partners, the country\u2019s resources have been dedicated to search and rescue, evacuation, shelter, and food assistance.<\/p>\n<p><b>Lunar New Year<\/b> <\/p>\n<p>The Pope also noted how billions of people in East Asia and other parts of the world are gearing up to celebrate Lunar New Year.
